As one of the oldest bakeries on Brick Lane, this 24 hour eatery has left a legacy in London. And rightly so! I can easily say this place served me the best bagel I’ve ever eaten, which unexpectedly comes from a no-frills, outdated takeaway in East London. I went for their well known hot salt beef bagel with mustard and pickles.
The bread was fresh, the beef was juicy and the price was SO cheap at under four pounds. If salt beef isn’t your thing, don’t worry, they do plenty at other varieties at even cheaper prices. A must-visit if you’re in the area.
